This time around, I want to give credit to my mother, who recently e-mailed this week's clip to me.
In this week's VOTW, a golden retriever named Rookie and his human, Carolyn Scott, give a freestyle performance of "You're the One That I Want" from the musical Grease during a dog show in 2006. If you ask me, this puts Dancing With the Stars to shame!

- Well, I'm happily divorced. I grew up in SoCal, then spent a large chunk of my life in Nebraska (Go Huskers!). While living in the Cornhusker State, I earned a degree in Broadcasting and became a radio DJ. That lasted about nine years, till Management let me seek my next opportunity elsewhere. Well, after over three years(!) of fruitless searching, I came to grips with reality and I am now back in California, and I am once again trying to gain a toehold in the job market.
